A month or so ago I entered the Show Us the Possibilities contest on the Fiskars FB Page. I received some of their super cute letterpress diecuts created with their Fuse Creativity System and created a card with them, that I entered into the contest:
Well, as many Facebook contests where voting is involved, things did not go well. I bowed out after a few days. Yes, I wanted to win a Fuse system but honestly, I was not going to fight the rabid people entering the contest, the system issues, etc.
Fiskars was very attentive to the issues. They sent us emails, responded quickly, and tried and tried and tried to fix things.
All of a sudden, I received this box with a signed note:
Bravo Fiskars! The company did not need to do this. I have a feeling they did this for most if not all of the entrants. This rocks. I am impressed and floored. This is an example of how to do things, how to have excellent customers service, how to run a business.
